STORYLINE-

The novel begins in Australia. It features Lin as the main character. Lynn is in Australia's maximum security prison. He is addicted to heroin. But Lin Jo with a false passport runs away on the streets to different places. So that he can easily escape from there and disappear.

 Lin runs with his very good and guiding friend Prabekar. And from there they both come to Bombay. There they decide to hide in the slums of Bombay so that no one can find them. They start living in what is the poorest slum in the city of Lin, without family, home, or any identity.

Lin runs his own clinic in the slums. He starts serving the poor people. And that's when he realizes the meaning of love. It leads to prison torture, war, and treachery. Only two men held the key to Lin's intrigues and secrets.

First of all Lin's mentor is Khadar Khan. Khadar Khan became Lin's constant guide in the philosopher, saint, and underworld of the Golden City. The second number is Carla. It is very dangerous and elusive along with beauty. Lin gets involved with the local gangsters there. And they take Lynn to Afghanistan. Where he uses fake skills to fight Russian soldiers. And Lin decides to partner with the boss of a gang of Russian criminals. The author has a lot of love for India.
